Thoughts on today's Royal Purple Bowl

I was:

• As stunned watching the Utes forcing and capitalizing on the Cougar's turnovers in the first quarter as I was watching Germany blow out Brazil in the 2014 World Cup
• Pleased to see the Cougar defense hold the Utes vaunted PAC-12 offense scoreless for the final 49:38 of the game
• Happy that the Cougar offense fought back to within a single touchdown
• Wishing they'd had one final possession to try and break the NCAA comeback record (which is apparently only 31 points)
